A good pair with shell shaped bowls and with pseudo-English hallmarks including the lion passant, monarch’s, head facing right, D as in the London date letter for 1799-1800 and what may be an engraved makers mark H.E. Also engraved with the contemporary owner’s initials CWH.

Chinese Export for the English Market.
